Capella University Podcasts

You gather up your scattered books and stuff them into your backpack. Find your notebook, print out the assignment that you have to turn in, prepare a cup of coffee in a travel mug, stop for gas on the way, find a place to park in the crowded university parking lot and barely make it to class on time.

Or you can make a mug of coffee, grab a snack and settle down to the computer in your pajamas where your text books are waiting and your assignment was already turned in before you shut down the computer the night before.

If you want to find out more of the reasons why people love taking classes over the Internet, you can check out the Inside Online Education podcasts from Capella University. Each podcast is about 15 minutes long and brings you into the world of online education with first person viewpoints of students like Dr. Carla Thomas.

A family physician in Anniston, Alabama, Dr. Thomas is pursuing her PhD in healthcare administration at capella university. Hers is just one of the many first-person viewpoints that you will find of students, faculty and staff that give you an idea of what it is like to learn online with Capella University.

You can find out more about Dr. Thomas, and other students, on the Inside Online Education podcasts from Capella University.

The podcasts are a regular feature and contain first person interviews of Capella students, faculty and staff. Podcasts can be downloaded at the Capella website (capella.edu), via RSS feed at capellacommons.com/rss/ or through subscription from iTunes.
