Desk Exercises

I've started keeping a pair of 2 pound dumbbells in my office so that I can work with them a few times a day to help my wrists relax so that they don't get stiff from all the typing that I do. I seem to be writing almost non-stop from the time I get up to the time I got to bed and I am sure that the only thing that has saved me up until now has been the fact that I have to get up several times an hour to see what one or the other of my parents needs me to do.

The dumbbells are a great way to move the wrists in a different way and exercise them some so that they don't get too sore.
