Job idea: children's costume designer?

You know, I was just thinking of something here, I wonder how a home job making costumes for Halloween would work out? Creating children's costumes throughout the year then selling them in the weeks approaching Halloween at local craft fairs or online?

It would be a very kewl business to be a part of, and you could store the costumes from one year to the next so you can build up your stock each year from stuff that did not sell the year before.

Some costumes could even be kept up for sale all year long as children's dress up stuff.
