Thermacare heating wraps for the wrist

I saw a commercial last night for Thermacare heat wraps that go on the wrists. I want to get some of them things. After a hard day of writing and making my wrists ache it would be nice to lounge back in the arm chair and let the muscles in my wrists soak up the nice soothing warmth to relax the pain away.

The things are intended for soothing arthritis pain, but I think they would fork for muscle pain from writing.
