Mall King?

How about Mall King? Has anyone played around with the Mall King website? It looks like it might be close to what I was thinking, but I am shying away from the "used car salesman" feel of the site. Should I go ahead and check into it further or run while I can? Any input on this or other online mall sites would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
